Nicoletta Apartment - Madrid

Staff was friendly and welcoming, assisted with everything. It was good to the main subway line.

The apartment was like a home away from home, with a well-equipped kitchen that had everything I needed to cook my meals. It was like having my own personal chef at my disposal!

Moderate street noise early mornings.

We had a PLEASANT stay in Madrid right by the centr and Carabanchel. Location however close to center with metro. Appreciated having feather pillows, no need to ask for them beforehand. Quiet atmosphere of the venue.

overall experience was nice. everything here was spotless. i loved the host, and the staff was amiable. i had apartment with good facilities. a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets were a bonus.

We had a great experience at Nicoletta's apartment. It was clean, new, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. the location was excellent, just a 3-minute walk to the Vista alegre metro station, making it easy to get around the city. the apartment was on the ground floor with a direct entrance from the quiet street, which was convenient. There were supermarkets nearby, including one near the metro station and two within a 5-minute walk. we were satisfied with our stay and would definitely return. We also want to thank Nicoletta for allowing us to keep our luggage in the apartment a little longer on our last day.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Spacious and well-equipped kitchen: The kitchen in this hotel is like a hidden gem. It's so well-equipped that it made me feel like a cooking wizard. I had everything I needed to create culinary masterpieces, and the dining area was perfect for enjoying my delicious creations.

Street noise in the morning: Some mornings, there were slight noises from the street that managed to seep into the room. However, the nights were incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.

The location of the apartment was superb, as it was just a short walk to the metro station, providing easy access to the city center. the apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the host was friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to show us around the area so we could get our bearings.

There were some minor issues with soundproofing in the apartment, as it was located in an alley and occasional traffic noise could be heard.

A lovely apartment with plenty space. All electrical appliances were great. Shutters in the bedroom blocked the light so I could sleep in. Loads of shops nearby.

Who needs wifi anyway? Keying in the address on Google Maps added an element of surprise to my stay.

The owner made our stay awesome with the perfect setting close to shops, the city center metro, and the main subway line.

Value for money was great and the room was lovely and clean, perfect for two people. The location was convenient with supermarkets and cafes nearby. The staff, especially Nicoletta and her son Alex, were amazing - they were pretty good too make our stay comfortable and even provided transportation to and from the airport.

Menu for breakfast could have been more varied.

The internet was fast and reliable, and the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation. a fantastic experience.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! the location was perfect, right in front of the local supermarket and just a short walk to the main subway line. We loved being close to shops and bars as well. the room was modern and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a perfect shower. the host was incredibly kind and responsive, attending to any issues promptly. the apartment provided a fantastic experience.

The noise isolation from the neighbors was not as good as expected. We could hear some unwanted sounds from the neighboring apartments.

Great location, only a 3-minute walk to the metro station Vista alegre with a 20-minute ride to the center. Clean and new apartment on the ground floor with direct access from a calm street. Supermarkets nearby, with one located near the metro station. The host was accommodating with a late luggage pick-up.
